"We enjoyed our stay but on reflection I feel that it was mean of them to OFFER an alternative room which had a different bed layout to the one I had booked and access to a room with tea, coffee etc ( which closed at 10pm ??) and then be asked to pay an extra €30. "Mistake made upon entry, was given the wrong room with less beds than paid for. Staff member (Dutch?) on the front desk was too busy upselling to notice. Lifts broken and noisy engineering. Pool isn’t free - have to pay a surcharge to buy a pool cap. Breakfast was exorbitant and bang average."

"It was great! We had originally chosen a bunk room but upon arrival they told us they don’t do those anymore and we were given a bigger room! The staff was lovely and very kind. The location was amazing and walkable to all the attractions. I would definitely stay here again in Limerick."
