"Very poor. I will not recommend this hotel. Book it at your peril. You have been warned. There is a difference between the management of the accommodate (focal point) and the hotel side (Guest 365). Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. "Moxy Cork is in an ideal location. The hotel staff were superb! They went above and beyond with their service. We had forgotten to bring our US adapter to attach to our charging cables and they reached into a box and loaned us an adapter (that had been left behind from previous guests.) They allowed us to put medication and cheese in a refrigerator. And several staff members gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and bars that featured Irish music. We will definitely stay at Moxy Cork again! "
