"Wow was this a busy place but the staff (All of them) were amazingly calm and professional and accommodating. I had a window in my room break by the weather, The staff quickly took over the situation moved us to another room that was comparable. I must say this was a very good stay. I really appreciated my stay and will use this facility again. Thank you staff"

"An older property but very well kept and room was very clean. Great location if ur going to use the metro, and close enough to walk to downtown falls church for access to restaurants. Just FYI it’s a 2-story building and there’s no elevator. Breakfast is very basic and is staged in lobby area…cereal & milk, bagels sealed in plastic, sealed plastic juices, and apples or bananas. Couldn’t find the coffee. Would be nice if there was a microwave avail, either at bfast or in room. But very impressed that all furnishings were in excellent condition."

"Amazing customer service experience. I stayed two nights sbd could not have been happier with the staff. I had an issue with the bed the first night and they happily changed my room the next morning. On the second day, I requested help very early in the morning with extremely heavy bags getting on the shuttle bus. The valet serviceman came to my room at 4:30 in the morning, took my bags down to the shuttle and watched over them until the shuttle. He then loaded the bags on the shuttle without me ever having to touch extremely heavy bags. Definitely five stars!!!"
