"When I arrived to the hotel, it was extremely hot inside the hotel lobby, retail, and restaurant areas. My check in was pretty fast. When I arrived to the room it did not look like the pictures displayed when I made the reservation. There was a pile of dirty cups and dishes at the foot of the door ..."
