Lovely host. Beautiful property, inside and outside. Comfortable, spacious and well appointed room. Breakfast was splendid - home made cake and lots of locally sourced produce. Great location to use as a base for a visit to La Rochelle which is well worth a visit or two. Highly recommended chambre d'hote.

Peaceful and relaxing

This is a very special place to stay - the rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is not just a croissant with some jam, it is absolutely delicious and creative, lovely cheeses, tomato salads, beetroot with herbs, local meats and wonderful breads. The hosts are very warm, welcoming and helpful. There is also an adorable Labrador Retriever to greet you in the mornings. All in all a great place to stay.

Excellent séjour

Le cadre du logis est magnifique, le tout à seulement 1/4 d'heure max (en voiture) du vieux port et du centre de La Rochelle, ainsi que de la plage de Chatelaillon. Valérie et son mari sont des hôtes très à l'écoute, toujours disponibles et de bons conseils pour vos escapades durant le séjour.

Wir haben dort wunderschönen drei Tagen verbracht. Das Landhaus ist geführt durch eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Familie. Die Anlage ist sehr kindertauglich. Es gibt ein Becken mit vielen Liegestühlen. Es wurde ein sehr leckeres Frühstück serviert (französische Küche). Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Lækkert, original landlig overnatning

Vi havde en meget dejlig overnatning i et kæmpe stort og dejligt familieværelse på 1. etage. Steder ligger langt ude på landet, så der er meget stille og roligt. Alt er super rent, en dejlig pool. Morgenmaden er helt særlig god - meget er hjemmelavet og af virkelig høj kvalitet. Man spiser ved et langt bord sammen med de øvrige hotelgæster, hvilket giver en rigtig hyggelig stemning. Den kvindelig vært gør sig virkelig umage for, at man skal have det godt. Jeg ville helt bestemt gerne vende tilbage.

Nuitée en famille

Une nuitée en famille avec un bébé de quelques mois. Valérie nous a parfaitement accueilli et était à nos petits soins. Très bon petit déjeuner maison. Il a plu donc nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur mais chambre avec vue sur le jardin et la grande et belle piscine. Bien situé et parking, je recommande pour visiter les alentours.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end de Pâques en compagnie d’autres clients et enfants. Valérie et Olivier sont très accueillants Les petits déjeuners parfaits, copieux et différents chaque jour. La chambre est propre et très bien décorée, un petit cocon… Notre week-end trop court, ne nous a pas permis de voir toute les beautés de ce département C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons fin juin

Séjour très agréable

Belle demeure de charme au calme tout en étant proche de la Rochelle. Très bonne base pour rayonner sur la région avec un accès facile aux voies rapides. Chambre joliment décorée, jardin spacieux avec une belle piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux offert par un couple d'hôtes très serviable et attentif. Une salle commune permet aussi de s'y restaurer (réchauffe plats seulement). Cet hébergement est en tous points recommandable.
