" We booked this hotel for a one-night layover after a long flight, choosing it for the price and proximity to the airport. We didn’t expect luxury, but the experience was terrible. We arrived at 10 PM, and the taxi dropped us at the main lobby—only to find out our room was on the opposite side of the road. With no help and our taxi already gone, we had to carry our luggage across the street. At check-in, we were given a smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. We immediately called reception asking to switch, and they said someone would come. After over an hour and five follow-up calls, no one showed up. Tired and frustrated, we took our luggage across the resort to the front desk. Only then were we offered a new room — not the king bed we booked, but two doubles. The new room was extremely hot, and the AC barely worked. At midnight, we gave up and tried to sleep in the heat. Around 3 AM, a drunk man tried to enter our room, apparently lost — not the hotel’s fault, but disturbing. Worst of all, the towels smelled like cigarette smoke, like they were stored or washed in a smoking area. Disgusting. We didn’t use the amenities or eat at the hotel, so can’t comment on that. But based on this experience, we wouldn’t stay again and don’t recommend this place — not even for a quick overnight. "

"The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing."
