Staff are exceptional!
I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby.
Other staff are always trying to be helpful.
Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "
