"The owners don't communicate. Place was not cleanwith lots of things broken, including, shower, toilet and taps and door and steps up to it. Mold all over. Smelt terrible. Not vaguely as described. Only stayed one night as too late to find anywhere else. Asked for discussion on refund. They will not respond. Was also impossible to get in touch with Expedia to try and sort out. They only provided the full details of venue two hours before check in after constant ringing and messaging. I suggest...

"It was a pity that the property that was described as at Welshpool. it was not and there was no bus service. The cost of a taxi was prohibitive. The Hotel in Welshpool refused my debit card by processing it incorrectly. I spent the night in a shed of an abandoned house. Enjoyed the breakfast at the Greggs in Welshpool the next morning."

"Lynda's accomodation is designed for both form and function. There's enough seating area outside for every type of weather. When it's sunny you can sit in front of the house or lie in the grass, when there's rain you can huddle inside or sit under the canopy. We had some trouble finding the accomodation, so make sure you double check the address beforehand, but Lynda was a dear guiding us there and was always available for questions during the stay. "The rooms are in the roof space so have Velux windows were all you can see is the sky when there are some lovely views to be had of the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was good as were the meals we had in the evening. All the staff were excellent , it's a shame it is a bit out of the way."
