Agréable dans l’ensemble mais un rapport qualité prix trop élevé. Attention pas de prise de courant dans la salle de bain ? Demande de service en chambre du petit déjeuner dans un premier temps refusé ( on m’a dit manque de personnel)... Puis accepté mais non effectué le matin prévu 😳 . Les employés se sont excusés mais pas terrible pour l’image . Les animations pour enfants super notamment le spectacle de magie .

Noisy, unfriendly, crowded

The reception was poorly manned and very slow, we were seen but ignored at first. We were unable to get breakfast before 08:00, but we need to leave before that and they would not help us at all. Getting out of the grounds before then was very difficlut.

Spännande och roligt hotell för barn - nöjespark intill. Fina, luftiga rum, fantastisk middgasbuffe men ganska dyr - något annat middagsutbud fanns inte vare sig på hotellet eller i byn. Svårt att hitta till orten och hotellet - stämde inte med GPS.

Étape bien agréable

Agréablement surprise car lors de la reservation je ne savais pas que c était à côté d un parc d attractions mais comme celui ci ferme assez tôt et que nous allions pour une nuit pas vraiment dérangeant en plus accueil sympa, une belle grande chambre pour trois et alors au niveau restaurant enchantée par ce buffet gastronomique et le personnel aux petits soins À recommander

Very comfortable room and excellent food

Bed and room were very clean and comfortable. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good but dinner 38 euros including wine so make sure you are hungry. Great for stopover between uk and Switzerland

Un hôtel au top!!!!

Un hôtel magnifique avec une immersion totale dans le monde des pirates. Un personnel très sympatique et attentionné. Des chambres superbes et très confortables. Le restaurant est excellent autant pour le dîner que pour le petit déjeuner. Le plus, le spectacle de magie le soir, un régal.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel, the kids loved it, good rooms, plenty of room 2 large beds and plenty of space for 2 travel cots. Dark curtains, dim light in toilet separate from bathroom great for not disturbing kids at night. This hotel has lots of nice touches and is far more family friendly than other "family" resorts. The restaurant was superb, €38 & €18.50 kids for a buffet with a chef cooking fillet beef, duck, king prawns, pork, salmon etc to order, and wine and soft drinks included, deserts, ice creams, Other family resorts top hotel charge more for lesser quality

Hôtel dans le parc Nigloland, chambre très spacieuse, lits confortables et le personnel est fort sympathique. Peut mieux faire niveau propreté de la chambre, surtout au niveau de la sale de bain et les serviettes étaient tachées.

La ubicación es excelente si vas al parque infantil que queda enfrente. Sino queda muy alejado de todo. Aprovechando esa lejanía, los valores del restaurant/desayuno son un poco elevados en relación con los productos ofrecidos.

Une bonne surprise

Au depart, nous souhaitions juste faire une nuit dans cette hotel au nom evocateur sur le chemin du retour de vacances. Et bien ce fut une tres belle surprise car l'hotel est tres bien. nous avions deux tres grand lits, une belle salle de bain. Il y avait des animations le soir (spectacle de magie, sculpture de ballons). Le seul bémol de l'hotel, il n'y a pas de piscine - dommage -. Le parc Nigloland n'a rien à envier aux autres parcs d'attractions.
