"The hotel looks impressive. Staff were very attentive. The room was nice, spacious and a nice temperature. There were a few crumbs, fluff and a receipt on the floor so could have been cleaner. The biggest disappointment was the lack of biscuits. Perhaps swap the shoe shine kit or shower cap for some biscuits. It's a shame as the coffee facilities were good but only 2 tea bags and 2 coffee pods.

"This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has a great choice and hot food English breakfast is well cooked. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers."
