The room cleaning lady was really helpful and spotted we had left the dogs bed in the room and came out with it as we were leaving so many thanks to her The only negative of the stay was the female member of staff in the bar and restaurant area.. I would say her attitude was very negative and seemed like she didn't really want to help or even be there . "A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly."

"Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"
