Une horreur...

Je parcours la Tunisie depuis des années déjà, j’ai rarement été déçu, mais là, c’est au-delà de toutes imagination, en tout compris, nous prenions nos repas à l’extérieur (je veux dire dans des restos en ville), même les apéros, coupé a l’eau, et j’en passe… Bien sûr, le personnel est sympa, c’est déjà ça, mais il fait avec ses moyens, c’est-à-dire rien… Voyons la chambre, bien qu’a part y dormir, on y passe peu de temps et heureusement, humide, voir moisie, enfin exécrable… J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels dans presque toutes les villes de Tunisie, autant de restaurants, je n’ai pas pour habitude de me plaindre, mais là, même sans être difficile, je ne peux que vous déconseiller, et le mot est faible…

Hôtel très bien pour un séjour en famille, en couple ou entre amis. Toboggan amuse grand et petit et la plage privée de l’hôtel est très belle. Petit conseil : allez mangez à l’hacienda (buffet de l’hôtel) calme propre et très beau cadre.

Aime : toboggans Pas aimé : saleté dans les toilettes notamment, aucun savon dans aucun des toilettes des parties communes L’air hautain des tunisiens pas aimables du tout ( accueil , bar) Le fait qu’on soit harcelé du matin au soir pour vendre leurs activités et excursions Chambre : j’ai payé pour une chambre avec un grand lit double et un canapé lit On a eu 2 lits simples collés l’un à l’autre Nourriture : n’en parlons pas . Desserts : non réfrigérés tout coulait ou fondait . Idem pour les fruits Les bacs à légumes chauds ne fonctionnent pas : le personnel le sait et vous le dit ! Horaires resto : ex PDJ entre 6 et 10h . A 9h55 toutes les lumières du resto sont éteintes, les machines à café débranchés et tout est débarrassé Matin à 6h : rien est prêt Pour fini les employés qui se servent avec les doigts devant vous dans les plats en self alors ça dû jamais vu ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel
