L'animation : horrible, bruyante et de mauvais goût. A tout moment de la journée musique à fond (type BOUM, BOUM). Les animateurs agités et bruyants ne tiennent pas compte du fait que les touristes ont besoin de calme pour se reposer, pour entendre le bruit des vagues, etc... Les bruits de l'animation arrivent au plus loin sur la plage ! Pas de moyens pour se protéger de ces invasions sonores ! Avec ce type d'animation l'hôtel va perdre beaucoup des ses clients fidèles à cet lieu ! DOMMAGE, DOMMAGE, DOMMAGE !

Bon séjour.

Comme d'habitude, très bon accueil et personnel performant. Quelques bémols : Climatisation coupée l'après-midi et fonctionnant à partir de 18 h, boissons manquantes : Schweppes, vodka..(gênant le personnel voulant satisfaire la clientèle), nourriture peu variée. On revient pour l'hôtel, la plage et le personnel qualifié. Très bonne animation. Préconisations COVID-19 appliquées par le personnel mais pas du tout (masques) par la clientèle.

Cette hôtel n’avons pas un quatre-étoiles mais plutôt un endroit Léthaz des chambres vétuste il y avait des cafards dans les placards Néanmoins La nourriture était variés il y avait pas mal de choix et le goût y était concernant l’animation rien à dire équipe vive et jeune

Il y avait un problème d’odeurs des égouts tres fortes dans la chambre. On nous a proposé de changer la chambre mais c’était tard et ma famille dort déjà. Le lendemain malgré me ménage, le problème a recommencé le soir.

OK, mais petits bémols à rectifier

Nous sommes toujours ravies de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins et professionnel. Petits bémols : toujours pas de coussins sur les chaises longues à la plage. Jus de fruits chimiques et très sucrés. Autrement, tout est bien.

Ich weiss nicht wie dieses Hotel so gut bewertet ist. Ich bin schon in sehr vielen Ländern gewesen, jedoch war das Hotel mit Abstand der schlechteste. Es gab im Zimmer kein Internet und allgemein gab es nur an einem Ort, wo man so schlechte Verbindung hatte. Es gab kein Fitness. Am ersten Tag brachte uns jemand in unseren Zimmer aber man kann das fast nicht Zimmer nennen. Das Zimmer stank wie als wären wir in einem Kanalisation, es gab Insekten und aus dem Balkon hatten wir praktisch gar kein Sicht wie in einem Bunker. Wir mussten 1 Tag dort übernachten und konnten zum Glück am nächsten Tag das Zimmer wechseln, wobei das Zimmer auch nicht sehr modern war aber immerhin stank es nicht mehr nach Kanalisation. Das Essen war ok aber man hatte nicht Qual der Wahl. Die Animatoren waren dafür aber alle sehr lieb und natürlich einige Personal. Die Gäste sind zu 95% alle aus Frankreich, war einbisschen Schade da sehr wenig Englich oder Deutsch sprechen konnten. Alles in allem sehr sehr schlechtes Hotel und nicht empfehlenswert.

Wie ein Paradies! Habe eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln! Das Essen war super, die Zimmer schön, das Personal freundlich und die Lage sowieso Top, man ist sofort man Meer. Das einzige was ich ein bisschen blöd fand ist dass man dort etwas aufgeschmissen ist wenn man kein französisch versteht.

Séjour magnifique

Magnifique séjour. Nous venons depuis 4 ans et l'ensemble du personnel est vraiment à l'écoute. La cuisine est variée et très bonne ; beaucoup de choix. L'équipe des différents bars sont au petit soin et professionnelle ; on a testé le restaurant de la plage et on remercie le personnel de cuisine, le chef et plus particulièrement Mosbah pour l'accueil et sa disponibilité de tout instant. Vraiment, Hôtel à recommander.

Hôtel très propre les repas sont bons et variés il y’a toujours des spécialités tunisiennes proposées. L’equipe d’animation est très bien merci à Pepete du mini club qui s’occupe très bien d’eux. Il y’a une piscine couverte chauffée et une grande piscine extérieur plus une pataugeoire. Il n’y a pas de toboggan ni de jeux d’eau dans les piscines et pas d’aire de jeux extérieur à part celle du mini club ce qui est dommage car les enfants ne peuvent y accéder que si ils sont inscrits et que le club est ouvert. La plage est juste devant propre et belle avec transat. Tout le personnel est très gentil et souriant.
