"The room was very spacious, clean, and nice. The pools were nice. The picleball court and basketball court were nice as well. I just wish they offered the equipment at the desk to check out to play with (you have to bring your oen)The parking however is Terrible. I do siggest once you park using the shuttle ir walking. "

"The hotel was nice but the rooms could use some updating as well as the hallways. They seemed dark. My kids and I would move quickly to our room and elevator. Food was good. We eat at the restaurant twice and we were satisfied. "

"The staff were amazing, and the property was quiet while we were there. The only issues I had were 1, there are NO places to just walk and get food. And the reason that is an issue is reason number 2, the traffic!!! Oh my goodness it is a nightmare! The location of the hotel is not on a corner; so no help from a traffic light. If you are traveling east, you will need to pass the hotel, try to find a place to turn around and go back. Otherwise you will have to try to cross three lanes of nonstop traffic to get into their driveway area. "

"When I checked in and got to my room, (1) the smell was old and musty, Curtain to the porch were and the plastic or the material it was made was cracked and falling apart. (2) shower pressure was unsat. (3) made sure had the right time before setting the alarm, and lucky for me I woke up early and the clock was 20 minutes faster than the actual time and the alarm never went off."

"The room and the bathroom were clean. Could use bigger drawers for clothes. The staff was great especially with my child. Breakfast was good. They ran out of things quickly, they only have 1 waffle iron and people were waiting in line like they were at Disney waiting for a ride. The food area was smaller than a New York studio apartment trying to feed a penthouse party. Parking was plentiful and i felt safe with it being there."

"Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts. There is also no ice maker or ice trays in the refrigerators, and the hotel ice machines were broken. So, if you want ice, I’d pick up a bag and bring it with you. The pool was great for kids, but make sure you get there early to get a seat because there are very few pool chairs outside. And, if you plan on doing laundry, just know that it took our one load of laundry almost 3 hours to dry. Overall, it was fine. There are too many other great hotels in Orlando though, so we wouldn’t stay here again."
