"The hotel facilities are very nice and varied, with two swimming pools, a mini-golf course, a pool table, and a laundry area that accepts credit cards; everything is quite complete. The staff is very attentive. However, the room was dirty; the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. When they cleaned the room, they didn't change the towels or provide fresh water bottles. Even so, it was a good experience, and I recommend it for families with young children."

"First room they booked us in smelled humid right away. Peeling paint on walls and ceiling had air bubbles. Started to notice bugs. After the third one I freaked out and demanded my room to be changed. First person who helped me and changed our rooms gave no apology, no refund, nothing! Seemed like it was known that room was in UNUSABLE shape, but still have people booked there. In the morning, someone else from the staff asked if all was ok, and was MUCH more professional, and CARING. I have never been in such an awful room and hope they fix entire side of hotel. You could tell mold and moisture was happening, and affecting multiple rooms on multiple levels. After asking to relocate to entire different side of property, all was better. "

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out we had a very positive experience. The room was spacious and spotless, with all the relevant utensils necessary for preparing food. Towels were fluffy and always renewed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and there was always tea and coffee in the lobby. We would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. "
