"This is the place to stay if you’re coming to Cuenca. Def get a river view. Amazing views super clean delicious breakfast. Lovely staff. Stepping back in time and central to all."

"I had a Mountain View room, and the view was spectacular. Very comfortable bed and room in a perfect location. The place does not have Wi-Fi, so if that’s essential to you then it might make a difference in staying here."

"Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento pero pienso que el desayuno es deficiente ,solamente hay huevo cosido y muy frío que no me lo pude comer , no hay opción de huevo frito ni huevo revuelto , pedí en el almuerzo lomo de bacalao con una guarnición pobre y me pasé la noche en el baño,no estaba bien cocinado y no quise molestar más ya que pedimos una tortilla bien cocinada y hubo que devolverla para que la cocinaran más. "Central location and modern facilities. Staff very helpful with lanquage and directions. Nice breakfast offering."

"Limpio y confortable. Personal muy atento."

"Good experience."

"This hotel was rated 4 stars. While the people who brought us breakfast were lovely and we appreciated it, this was far from a four star hotel. No shampoo just old half used body wash. No complete cleaning of the bathroom - a fly was left on the floor for five days, and the mattress, linens and pillows were very low quality. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower set up was actually dangerous with a two foot drop just past the toilet."

"Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean."
