Very convenient and close to the train station. The staff definitely need more training when it comes to customer service. The hotel check-in process was fine, but ordering at the bar took way longer than expected.

Quite a wow hotel for an Ibis ..very smart and comfortable. Easy walk to the station or into town. We saw red squirrels in the park next to the hotel.

El personal muy amable, la habitación bastante bien pero no pude dormir las dos noches por el ruido de las otras habitaciones o afuera. A las 6 de la mañana y a media noche ruidos absurdos, como moviendo sillas ?? O aventando puertas. No lo recomiendo si quiere descansar.

First impressions count for everything and on this occasion they were unnecessary stress from the reception clerk who refused to accept that I had pre-paid for breakfast, despite being shown evidence of the expedia receipt. Particularly annoying was that he tried to trick me into paying again for breakfast when I was paying for the city tourist tax. Otherwise, this was an OK ibis in not the best location but does have parking included. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre to find good restaurants.

Hotel abbastanza recente e ben curato della nota catena, sembrava davvero tutto molto nuovo. Camera dalle dimensioni adeguate con un bel bagno ed un buon livello di pulizia e di insonorizzazione (non abbiamo sentito nemmeno un treno ed eravamo davanti alla stazione). Ci starebbe bene un bollitore o una macchina da caffè. La colazione offre una buona scelta di prodotti ed è apprezzabile il fatto che si possa fare già dalle 6 di mattina. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Carini gli spazi comuni ed il bar con la possibilità di stare nello spazio esterno, abbastanza riservato. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato, in quanto il centro è raggiungibile in 5minuti a piedi.

Good place to stay in Dijon!
The hotel is only 15 minutes walk to the old quarters in Dijon, so it was very convenient. The area around the hotel, across from the train station, is not bad, but we chose not to walk late at night the second day and parked in a garage closer to old town. The hotel is modern, the room was nice, small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was great! Free parking was nice to have!

The property is very well maintained, with a nice waiting area, excelent breakfast and decent size rooms with good soundproofing. My only complaints are that I would have liked a fridge in the room and that the location is in a part of town that seems a bit removed from everything. However it was conveniebt to the train station. I would return.

Very convenient for a stopover or a town visit. Walking distance to town, spacious car park-ideal especially if you travel with a roofbox or bikes. Extremly helpful and forthcoming staff, nothing is ever a problem. Very comfortable beds. All in all great, except for the smell of cigarettes on the first floor (I thought all rooms were non-smoking!)

Camera un po' troppo piccola, ma con un bagno abbastanza grande. Grande pecca la disponibilità di 1 solo asciugamano a persona da utilizzare sia per la doccia che per il viso. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggio e molto vicina al centro.

Clean room for good value
Nice and clean for a really good value. Walking distance to the city which is worth a visit even if you’re just passing by for a nights. Free parking is a big plus.

Apart from the hot water not working on the first floor, the room was clean and spacious enough. Tried the restaurant for dinner; young service staff did all they could to please but the chef let them down. Very ordinary food so didn't bother with breakfast the next morning. Reception staff above par.

A wonderful stay.
It was very near the train station and just a little walk to the town center. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bar had a decent selection with decent prices. The room was clean and quiet. Spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable. Everything about this hotel was great and enjoyed ourselves a lot.

Rooms and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Inside of hotel is well kept. It is opposite a main train station and train line but there is nothing around the hotel - no nice places to eat or drink. The hotel has a very limited food menu. To get to and from hotel car park involves using a number of steep staircases which is difficult if you have suitcases. Good for one night stopover.

Virkeligt fint hotel. Kun 15 gang til midtbyen. Gratis parkering og masser af plads til biler bag hotellet. En god ting for os teknologi kyndige danskeren er at man kan caste vores egne streamingen services op på hotelværelsets tv. Skøn så man kan se danske nyheder. Alletiders hotel og god værdi for pengene. Eneste minus var en noget hidsig aircondition så værekset var noget kold efter vores smag. Kunne Inke justeres.

Family of 5. We stayed here for 2 nights to break our journey to the French alps. Was basic & no frills but clean, friendly and a great location to explore Dijon - perfect for our 2 night/1 day stay. We noticed after check in that adjoining rooms were standard on our floor albeit we weren’t offered that despite being a family of 5. That would have improved our experience as we ended up being split a few rooms away. We were also charged for someone else’s dinner on the first evening - remember to ask for an itemised bill as this seemed to be a glitch with their system (staff were lovely about it and quickly refunded!). Some nice touches for families - like the toy area at breakfast and the games in the lobby. Good selection of food at breakfast too. Overall, would recommend.
