"The room was clean. The was pleasant. Breakfast consisted mostly of pastries. We traveled as a group of four and the seating for breakfast was challenging to eat as a group. The location to city central was good. There was no place to gather to play games or cards in the evening. The rooftop seats were a plus. "Me & my family truly enjoyed our time there, Alessandra (the manager/host) made everything very pleasant & easy for us, we arrived in the afternoon of Dec.31st, she spent a friendly 5-10 mins to show us places to go on a map, then successfully secured us a table at a fusion restaurant to celebrate our new year dinner along with the florentians, then on the last day she helped us arrange a taxi to get to the train station right on time. "Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe."

"We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!"

"The room felt like we were sleeping inside history but with all the modern amenities. Espresso machine, excellent AC, very comfortable and large bed. Convenient location. Great value. Highly recommend!!"
