Everything was nice from the easy check in to great breakfast. Clean everything! Made two different reservations—one through Expedia and one directly and they had us with side by side rooms without asking! Great service!
Consistent with Hampton’s standards. Our only recommendation is the locals use the parking lot as a cut through to the main road making the parking lot dangerous. Perhaps signs would change the pattern, or at least slow them down. They drive right under the porte-cochère at road speed.
First room I was given had a musty smell and I noticed the carpet by the a/c was wet. Screaming kids running up and down the hall. BUT I called the front desk and was given a new room on a different floor. Completely satisfied.
I booked Hampton Inn because expedia listed them as pet friendly but when I tried to check in I was bluntly informed that none of the Hilton family of hotels is pet friendly. Had to scramble last minute to find a pet friendly hotel nearby. Would like to request a refund from expedia due to the incorrect information. Please remove pet friendly amenity from hotels that are not pet friendly so people don't end up getting screwed like I did.
Way overpriced for what you get. Website says they have a hot tub, they DO NOT, one of the main reasons we choose to stay. Staff not very friendly, thin walls, had noisy kids in room next to us till way after midnight.
Save your money and go somewhere else!
Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Great selection for breakfast. Only complaint would be the pillows, but I’m picky when it comes to pillows 😉
