"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. "Staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was willing to help with any questions or concerns. Restaurant was very nice. Breakfast buffet included made to order omelets, French toast, fruit, cereal, juice’s etc. monkeys, warthogs, and even a hippo are regular sights on the property. Restaurant overlooks Zimbabwe River. "Extremely spacious and comfortable room in a lovely setting. Very friendly, helpful staff. Not many guests but slightly off-season. Would warmly recommend this place as a comfortable option at Great Zimbabwe full of character. Slightly over-priced food, but worth it for the quality of setting, staff and facilities."
