"Hotel was good but our room was HOT 🔥 It was the end of April, so not even summer yet. We let front desk know but they only thing they could do was give us a fan, and even with the windows open and blowing it out we never got the room below 26 degrees Celsius."

"This hotel is beautiful. The comfort is wonderful. Surface is great very clean very friendly, I don’t recommend the restaurant. The restaurant prices are terrible and food is not great. I didn’t like having to pay extra to have toast with my omelet and we went there and spent a lot of money on five of us for dinner and it wasn’t good food at all. The menu choices are very limited. I highly don’t recommend the restaurant."

"Property was well located in the town. The interior common areas were a bit worn, I understand it is the North Tundra and due to inclimate weather the carpets take a beating. Room was clean and had all the necessary items. Heater worked great. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable , and kind, they get the highest marks. "

"The room was great! Very clean, and the shampoo/conditioner/lotion/handsoap was amazing. No breakfast options besides the restaurant or out of the facility as far as i could tell. But everyone was friendly and helpful helping me find the parking lot "

"I feel as though the stay was nothing special than a bed to sleep in and close to the airport . The security deposit was steep pricing considering the room was average poor accessibility if you have mobility issues. "

"Excellent stay in Whitehorse! Clean rooms with everything you need, complete shared kitchen and lounge, central location and safe feeling. Strongly recommend!"

"This was an excellent facility to stay at. The price was great and the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Only issue - the room was on the highway side of the building, road traffic was a bit much however, I did not specify to stay on the quieter side of the building. Would stay again for sure! "

"Calm place to rest "

"If travelling with a pet do not book at this hotel. This hotel saying it is pet friendly is extremely misleading. I had made multiple attempts to call and add a pet to my hotel booking but the times I called the front desk it either did not go through or someone picked up saying they were busy and hung up. Finally, hours before I was supposed to check in I got a hold of someone and they would not let me stay with my 6lb hypoallergenic dog, leaving me without a place to stay the night. They said...

"Although safe behind a locked check-in office door, when I wa slept in ,the man was helpful and cheerful. I ordered a taxi for the next morning and he even called later that night to confirm. It never showed up. Not his fault but a downer ending to my stay."

"Room wasn’t what we originally booked. Booked one with a queen bed Ended up with 2 twins so we slept apart for 3 days which in the end was okay"
