"Fabulous old hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Perfect central location for the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophie etc. Had a basic room with a Hammam shower which initially looked a bit strange, however perfectly serviceable shower - just a bit different. The staff at breakfast were particularly helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Breakfast choice good and nice to have a cold beer after a day sightseeing. Lovely air conditioning in room and on entering the hotel. Lovely cats and kittens on the hotel terrace too. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Balcony Bosphorus view would be preferred. "

"Such a historic treasure in Istanbul and was so worth the stay. Indulged in a spa package while there as well as the pool. Stayed in the Greta Garbo room, which is exquisite. Would stay there again in a heartbeat - highly recommend Pera Palace. Service is first rate and staff are very kind. Thank you for an incredible experience PP!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this small charming old hotel in Istanbul. It's perfectly located within walking distance of old Istanbul with stunning water views. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly helpful and make you feel right at home. The only downside is no parking. Overall , a great choice and highly recommended! "

"This was my second stay and first big plus for me is the location 2 mins walk into the main square. You are 2 mins from the tram line and all the shops and main square. Staff is friendly and helpful the rooms are cleaned daily. even though we didn’t have a view of the river my friends did but for me it’s very important to have lots of natural light . We were on the 3rd floor. The breakfast is a good variety and you can order different types of eggs if you don’t fancy scrambled. I am planning another stay in September if the price is right ☺️"

"Excellent Service, Food, and Guidance from the Staff. Our Room had a great balcony view of the waterfront and a great view of the Blue Mosque from one of the other balconies. Highly recommend as many attractions and restaurants were within walking distance. "
