"If you are a decent person do not go there. Pictures are deceiving. It was the worst mattress. My daughter fell out of the bed twice in the middle of the night and hurt her head and back. The filter on AC was beyond disgusting, never cleaned, rooms smelled like cigarettes and we had to sleep with the windows large opened all night. I asked in the morning to talk to manager and so conveniently he wasn’t there at the moment. I asked for a phone number to contact him ( James) but nobody answered...

"Positives: Property was well maintained and had a nice pool, playground, and picnic/grilling area. Check-in to our room was very easy and the front desk staff was friendly. The location of the property was convenient to walk into town. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was clean, and great water pressure in the shower. Room for improvement: The couch in our room had several stains."

"Long hallway to get to the front desk so if you have luggage get one of the 2 carts left for tou in this huge hotel and grab oxygen too! Then icing on cake these 2 seniors had to take a really small elevator to 5 th floor and they very thoughtfully put at the e end of longest hallway in hoet history! Why does this happen to old farts like me. Only pub was open no dining room but to be honest the pub was fantastic! siper nice staff and food was smazing. We were so hungry cause we had a long day...

"Room was clean, beds comfortable, shower was good. Only drawback was the a/c unit which emitted smelly air...mildewy? Nice location at the edge of the busy part of town, walkable to restaurants. I was impressed with the beautiful fresh flower hanging baskets on every porch, the outside area is nice, pool looked great, front desk staff very pleasant. Seems like a good place for families with kids."

"The rooms are a bit dated with a musty smell. But we didn’t really spend time in them just to sleep. The view of the lake from the room was very nice. The staff is very attentive and warm! We loved the heated pool. We had a pool day with the pool all to ourselves which was great. The fire pit with a view of the moon was perfect!"

"No maid staff or service. No extra towels supplied day two. No coffee in room or coffee supplies even though there is a coffee maker in the room. No love TV only APP TV . Many channels required password. Passwords not provided."

"Upon arriving, we checked the mattresses for bedbugs, cause the property itself looked old and dingy, and smelled bad after checking the mattresses we found mouse feces throughout the bedding and in the cabinetry."
