"The customer service was horrible, we stay at this location anytime we are in town and I dont think that will be occurring again. The staff member that checked us in didn't even look at us, he was rude and unfriendly. The rooms need to be updated, although we had issues with the AC working the maintenance person fixed it promptly. The pool area is amazing, although the pool was quite cloudy on this stay. The valet staff are amazing and always helpful and kind. The ocean front rooms are peaceful...

"The room was very comfortable with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The chairs and the were great. Our only use was that the toilet was not flushing all the way and it took maintenance more than one day to come and fix it. We would definitely go back."

"Great beachfront stay with easy access to restaurants and nearby shops. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. My only issue was the bed sheets, which were old and stained. The hotel should consider replacing linens once they become worn out. Another downside was that a large group of non-guests appeared to sneak into the pool area and took over the hot tub without any consideration for paying guests. "I will post pictures. The outdoor area was very nice and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The inside was another matter. Peeling paint, rusty chairs and doorknobs, quick cheap fixes to electrical outlets and a bathtub that was so old that no matter how much it was scrubbed, the dirt would never come out. I doubt these fixes are up to code. One elevator was horrible...vinyl flooring that was coming up, puddles, dirty walls etc. We also had trouble with parking. My...

"It was easy to check in. The room was clean. The shuttle to cruise was convenient, highly recommend. It takes away the congestion of trying to find a park at the port, when you first get there and leaving the port after the cruise. It’s so much easier to allow the hotel to take to you to the port and pick you up."

However, the hotel is understaffed as the maids could not adequately clean the rooms. Our room was not cleaned until an hour after checkout time.
