"My wife and I came to the shores and expedia book us a room that the shores did not have open. The Expedia staff worked with us to get a refund, but the limelight goes to the concierge a young lady who worked between Friday July the 11th 5pm and 7pm was really great even when I was a little upset at Expedia mistake-Thank you the Shores you are the best beach front hotel in Florida hands down!"

"The place was very nice. Huge lobby but small breakfast area. I thought I ordered a room with a kitchen. But it was just 2 stove top burners and NO counter or prep place. Kitchen stocked minimally. No dishwasher which was OK but no where to stack the recently just washed dishes. Downfall was definitely the kitchen area"

Couldn’t use the pool due to a very large group that was drinking very heavily and smoking in the pool along with language. 9:40 at night I had to call the front desk due to how loud they were and us trying to sleep. I was on the 5th floor and couldn’t sleep. Let’s not even talk about the fire and my handicap wife trying to navigate 5 floors of stairs. Having to try and find a hotel with rooms available was very stressful. Don’t expect any drawers to put...

"Our room was over a loud what I think was an air conditioner. Our room was near the garbage room and the odor wafted. The floors have carpet and had a foul odor. TV very small. Elevator was always busy. Wait staff at restaurant in the hotel were rude and the food was mediocre at best. Will never stay at this hotel again that calls itself a resort. I guess just because it's beachfront property they have the right to call it a resort."

The only negative was that the rooms were not very soundproof and people talking in the hallway and tv in next room were loud and disturbing. I really enjoyed the morning coffee and outside sitting area and beautiful pool. The outdoor bar made excellent cocktails! Would stay here again."
