This was the second time that I've stayed here prior to a cruise. Everything from the parking to the shuttle to port was incredibly easy, the rooms are excellent and you can actually get a good night's rest after the 10 hour drive to get there.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The resort is under refurbishment but that did not affect our visit. We always stay here prior to a cruise as it is very close to the port terminal.
