"La chambre et les équipements sont décevants. L’odeur de la chambre n’était pas agréable. Le chauffage cessait de fonctionner à plusieurs reprises. Il a fait très froid pendant la nuit. Le couvercle du bol de toilette ne s’ouvrait pas au complet. Il restait ouvert en diagonale en tombant sans cesse sur notre dos. Le bol a été posé en dessous d’un comptoir qui nuisait à son ouverture. Tout était débranché à notre arrivée: les lampes, le téléphone (il était débranché par 3 endroits). Seul le...
