"Great quiet location just outside of the main city, resort rooms were private but plenty of people in common areas (went in off season). Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). Babysitting through kids club was 1000vatu and staff were lovely but could have been more atmosphere there. Front staff were helpful when you made requests but could have more training in supporting patrons with...

"The Nasama Resort has great facilities; large, clean rooms with many amenities; a lovely pool and small private beach; and great restaurants. For the price, it is amazing. But the best part is the staff, who are all very kind and competent. I highly recommend it!

There was no operating restaurant.
The room was unclean
The shutters on the windows broken.
Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."

"Hotel très agréable, au bord de l'eau. Il n'est pas loin de plusieurs restaurants, et il est tout à fait possible de rejoindre le centre ville à pied. Belle décoration et un personnel très sympathique."
