Because people take food ba k to their rooms. Also asked me, well if it’s such a mess upstairs, why do you want to take your food up there? Started my day in a terrible way.., $134 on Expedia… 140 to pay at the desk. If under renovation… need to adjust pricing. If you can’t eat in the room, why is there a refrigerator and a microwave? Could go on and on…"

"The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing — every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The breakfast was also very good and definitely a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the property itself. The air conditioning unit blew black debris all over the bed, which was pretty unpleasant, and the pool was closed during my stay. Also, housekeeping was not available daily. During my four-day stay, I only received clean towels once. That said, the staff truly did their best and were the strongest part of the experience."
