"This was an amazing experience staying in the pods, I loved it. They were immaculate. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the amenities went above and beyond my expectations. Transport was so close and easy to get to many places. A completed different experience to backpacking 20 years ago! I wouldn't hesitate to book and stay here again. Also, don't be put off by the shared bathrooms, they were like spas!"

"Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star."

"New hotel, a pain for taxis and ride share to find. Construction noise all morning because of the surrounding property developments. Staff can care less about your well being or needs. Good and cafe are very pricey for the quality. They don’t have laundry service, but they have a laundry room that is always in use by others. They don’t clean your room at all and if you want them to clean the room it’s a 100DKK. I will never stay here again."

"Breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of choices to chose from. Staffing was excellent in all fazes . Rooms were clean .very comfortable. Impressive view from the balcony overlooking the city center of Copenhagen. I would recommend it to everyone who is look for a great hotel to stay at. I wish could have stayed 1 more week. Very nice hotel bar."
