"Very updated and comfortable. Nice bed, bathroom, and mini kitchen. Buffet was not great but it’s nice to have. Staff were nice especially Ferhat and Celian. Housekeeping a no show but did manage to get fresh towels. Will be looking for other Citadine properties in the future."

"The property was very nice. My only issue was that the air conditioning failed to cool the room during a heat wave. The staff said they would get the Technician to make the necessary repairs but it wasn’t fixed. The staff gave us a fan which helped but that wasn’t enough. Upon checkout they applied a slight discount to our room bill. With the exception of the air conditioning failure the stay was fantastic."

"We had a very friendly welcome. Really liked the bar/club area where you can help yourself to hot drinks, soft drinks and snacks. It provided welcome refuge in the heat. On an evening staff come round taking orders for drinks /aperitifs. We booked a premium room with amazing views across the river to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The mattress was comfy. "Very clean and comfortable property. We stayed with two kids, and the separate room with a tv was nice to have. The front desk staff especially was outstanding. A refrigerator in the room would be nice, but the staff was very gracious about storing food in the refrigerator in the check in area, so it was no problem."

"It’s a nice modern style hotel in the good location. However the deluxe room had very few furnitures to put our belongings and the design of bathroom was not convenient to use."
