"Les chambres sont petites sans télé. Une seule prise dans la chambre.contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur le site de réservation il n’y a aucun ménage journalier. Les leurs ne sont pas faits le ménage ou les serviettes de salle de bain pas changées ! Nous,pouvons vous dire que personne n’est venu dans la chambre en deux nuits pour effectuer le ménage. Ceci est décevant et c’est dommage car les jeunes qui servent sont sympathiques. La patronne nous a appelé juste avant notre arrivée car elle...

El servicio de spa es solo para 1 hora y la mitad de las cosas estaban estropeadas o fuera de servicio, aunque como digo, al precio que pagamos, no está mal que incluyeran este servicio aunque estaría bien saber de antemano que es por una hora "

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu. If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

No me gustó que no reserven habitaciones de no mascotas no fumadores. No me gustó que al entrar oliera a un ambientador tóxico disruptor endocrino que me hizo estar tosiendo una hora. No me gustó que pasadas dos noches y queriendo coger otra noche más el precio me lo duplicaran. No me gustó que no haya rasca vidrios para limpiar...

"Appalling service, no bar, no food in the hotel, 4 and half hours to get a taxi to the nearest town. Wonderful location, but no customer service what so ever, and an additional €100 if two people wish to use the pool for 1 hour"
