According to hotels.com site on this hotel there was suppose to be free bottled water yet the front desk says they do not offer this. It was even listed on the hotels website yet still not offered. "★★★★☆ 4/5 A very pleasant stay at the Rius Hotel in Lviv. The staff were very helpful, the rooms clean and tidy, and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The room amenities were adequate. The underground parking was fantastic and a real highlight for us. It’s very difficult to find underground parking in Lviv, so having it at the hotel is a big bonus when travelling by car. We would happily stay here again."
