Need a proper update!!

The entrance to the hotel is very nice. Looks up to date! Couple of lifts to get to your floor fairly quickly!! That is where all the good things really stop. The rooms are small. The bathroom even smaller. Furniture old but beds don't sleep too badly!! There seems to be very nice restaurants on site.

Soviet Feel

Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The room i stayed in had a 1950s feel to it and I loved it Also very close to Metro and easy journey to City Centre. Only down vote is staff could be a little friendlier, imho.

27 Ağustos ta 1 gece junior suite odada ailecek konakladık. Yatak berbat, çok ince ve artık yay diye bişey kalmamış. Çok rahatsızdı. Sabah her yerimiz ağrıyarak uyandık. Otel ve oda çok eski 1980 şerden kalma. Hizmet yok. Ve fiyatına göre pahalı. Ertesi gün hemen başka otele geçtik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. 1 yıldız bile çok.

eşyalar eski ama bizim için hiç önemli değildi. hemen metro girişindi 8 grivnaya çok rahat merkeze ulaşılıyor. saç kurutma makinesi yoktu ve küvet çok yüksek ve dardı. duşakabin olsa daha iyi olurdu. duş deneyimi hariç çok memnun kaldık. exchange ofis var içerde ve bar var ikisinde de fiyatlar iyi.

Otelin konumu cok guzel cevresınde restoran bar cıkolata dukkanı roshen var. Hemen arkasında 2 dk metro istasyonu var ve şehir merkezine 8 grivna metro ücreti ödeyerek 4 durak. odaların bakıma ihtiyacı var, o halılar kalkmalı , 70li yıllardan kalma. Kahvaltıyı beğenmedim, kahvaltı dahil almama rağmen kahvaltı edemedim.

Metro and some cafes is nearby, Very noisy even in night, water from water pipe is bad quality, air around is polluted. No definite politic of the hotel: After finished my booked nights I extended through front deck for Expedia price( usually it’s normal practice in most hotels), but in last day of my accommodation I paid for half day( flight was after midnight) and came paying after 18-00. But the night receptionist (Yuriy was his name) canceled price of I agreed with chief administrator in midday and established for me bigger price(from deck) . He told me : because you pay for half day. After my plan was changed , I changed the flight and decided to extend the room for two days. I called to receptionist in the day and she told me again, price will be the same like you paid for all time , but then I went to pay after 18-00 that night receptionist(yuriy) again increased the price, however before he told that price because the half day payment, but in this time he annulled this his version ( I wanted to pay for full day) an told me : I decide myself, I don’t want to know that the cheat administration decided before. I’m a night director! In result, he lied me two time like minimum. Such staff down the level of the hotel much lower then 3 stars hotel. World traveller- Valeriy
