"Our flight from Podgorica was cancelled late at night so we booked a room here at the last minute as it’s a 15 min drive away from the airport. The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. "Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. There was a mix up and we were put in the wrong room but this was quickly rectified and we got upgraded. Staff assisted with booking taxis and also bus tickets. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was tasty. Only issue was that unfortunately the restaurant was closed for food in the evenings so we had to make other plans but the staff were helpful with that also. Good location to the city centre amenities - taxi cost only around 3...

"The hotel is a 2minutes walk to the Bus Station. It is nowhere near the city centre. Check in is upstairs so not great if you have luggage. On my arrival no help was offered with my bag but help was offered on departure. My room lock would not work on arrival but the next day at my insistence it was fixed. The little restaurant was good and inexpensive. The breakfast was also pretty good."

"Odada beyaz çarşaf bile yoktu yatak kılıfı penye sermişlerdi…Renkli eski semsert havlu vardı.banyo havlusu yok.tuvalet bile temizlenmemiş.kahvaltıyı geldikleri saatte veriyorlar.bir battaniyeyi dolaba tıkmışlar hani katlama bile yok.çarşaf diye yatağın yarısı boyda iki renkli eski örtü koymuşlar.kılıfın üstünde duruyor.yatak hazır bile değildi.zaten 7 günlük rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen 1 gece kaldık.üstümüzle yattık sabahta bu görüntüden dolayı ayrıldık.Böyle berbat bir yer hayatımda...
