"The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold on walls and shower curtains. Shower had chipping and mold."

"The guests staying on the floor above could be heard walking around. The ceiling was not very insulative in the Rockland Building."

"Excellent hot breakfast. I loved the fact that even being a buffet it was served by the personnel which talks about caring and healthy consideration. Room was clean, comfortable big and enough for the four of us. Parking was easy and just at the room's door. Staff was nice and helpful. The caveat was the wifi not working properly for us, probably signal not good enough since we were at the further distance from the lobby."

"Bear Mountain Inn is a unique and beautiful retreat in the heart of the Hudson Valley. We go for the scenery, hiking, and watching the marine and rail traffic along the Hudson River. Staff is always helpful. We booked 2 nights but could only. stay 1 due to a family emergency and the staff worked with Expedia to refund the 2nd night. Will definitely return as we love the atmosphere. Stayed in 1 of the stone cottages in the woods above the lake. Basic room with a shared common area and outdoor...

"The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. We have stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country & this was by far the worst. The staff was polite and helpful but I would not stay at this particular hotel again."

"Staff was great. Food was great. Nice, clean, spacious room."

"Stayed for one night to visit the Woodbury Common Outlets. You can tell they try to keep it clean but it truly needs a complete re-haul. The woman at the front desk was pretty unwelcoming and there is a train that goes right by the hotel many times per night. Ok place to stay for a night or two to have somewhere to stay. But you may not sleep much due to the train blasting the horn literally every 30 minutes."
