"This is my favorite hotel to stay at. It's just a beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk staff are always welcoming. During the day, I love having a cocktail at the Carousel Bar, overlooking Chautauqua Lake. Then at night, I can enjoy additional cocktails by the multiple fire pits. "

"I was totally unhappy with the new continental breakfast which included in a bag, a bottle of water and a granola bar you could make yourself oatmeal or have juice, coffee, or waffle. This is not a continental breakfast. I do not like oatmeal. I don’t eat waffles. I know the cost of things have gone up. However, you could do better on this aspect."

"I like this property. It is always my first choice when I am in Jamestown, NY."
