"Perfect stay. Only one complaint i have is the beds could be better. The bedding was not soft, the pillows too flat and the bed itself too hard. The hotel, staff, amenities, parking and cleanliness were all great. Didnt try the breakfast."

"newer hotel. No daily turndown service. its bi weekly unless you pay an extra amount to have it cleaned. this works for extended stay customers and is very annoying for shorter stays. Check out Joey's Italian Restaurant right across the street for some of the best Italian dining in the surrounding area!"

"We did not stay due to the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival the entry way and lobby was unswept with what looked like construction dust, in addition to some older dog poop outside. Then after we entered one of the rooms, one was dirty. Blood stains, large yellow pee stain and hair on the duvet. The A/C cover was accidentally knocked off (not broken) and it was obvious it had not been cleaned in a long while and has animal feces in it. In the second room had a light in the bathroom chirped...

"On Friday night I had very loud people talking, screaming in the hall outside my room from midnight to 1am. I called the front desk, and they said they would look into it. Not sure anything happened."

"No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites "

"The staff were over the top friendly and helpful. From the moment I got there, they were greeting me and offering me services. JJ and the bar was fantastic. She made sure that everybody had fun"

"Booked a king suite. However, the toilet didn't flush and there was dirt in the bathroom sink, so we had to change rooms. The setting is very close to a freeway and there is construction on one side. The staff were helpful in getting us another room where the toilet worked, but it was not a suite."

"We had 1 bath towel for 3 of us. We got extra towels but only to discover they had orange dirt on them. My daughter had dog hair all over her bed, inside and out, and found 2 live bugs on her pillow this morning. The @breakfast” was toast and coffee with grounds in it, Absolutely terrible!!!"

"The only good thing about the hotel, was the room was clean. HOWEVER, they had no hair dryers. They were renovating so the elevator and halls were dusty and dirty. And no one spoke clear English. Very disappointing. "
