"The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment.
