The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. "Fantastic place. Right on water with all rooms on/facing beach which is on small cove with jacks and boast as well as direct access to glass bottom boat rides (for hire) right across bay from Little Tobago and Goat Islands. Staff are really wonderful- from front desk to bar and restaurant to housekeeping and pool as beach maintenance. Food was great and it felt comfortable and like I was at home and not a hotel. A wonderful experience for my week stay."

"My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached."

Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"The room was excellent with a great fridge/freezer and cooking facilities so we could choose whether to cook for ourselves or use the restaurant or local food outlets. The staff were so very helpful, especially the room cleaners who were always happy and made everything feel chilled and safe. "We’ve been staying at the Kariwak since 1993. Not much has changed. It still has a plethora of birds and tropical flowers, the staff is still amazing and the rooms are still clean. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t for you but it’s beautiful just the same. We still love everything about it 32 years later. "
