"Our room was very dated with orange furniture and the couch had stains on the cushions, But I could’ve lived with that. However, the porcelain of the bathroom sink in room 304 was breaking down, and there were large rust spots and bare spots showingthrough the porcelain in the sink. "We had the ocean view family suite and it was amazing. The beach access was right outside our building, our balcony gave us a beautiful view and we had a huge room with a full kitchen and full sized fridge and oven. The pool is fantastic and heated (not as hot as a hot tub but close!)"

"The room was clean, but the beds were not really comfortable and the pillows. The only other concern when I have stayed in hotels over the years I was able to check in earlier. This hotel was all most 30 mins after the 4 check in. I had to call and complain and then they were able to get my room ready. I had my 7 year old grandson with me, and he was tired. Over all it was a fine stay!"

"Great newer/refreshed hotel for your Seaside visit. One of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on in a while. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic location only a block from the beach. Unfortunately the EV chargers were not working but the staff worked their butts off to try to get them going. Highly recommend."

"The “assessable” accommodations were not what we needed. Staff made verbal arrangements to change to a better room the next day but when we ask the morning staff they said they could not do anything. We ended up without a room at all and had to scramble to find an assessable new hotel for the night in a bust tourist community. Limited options made the change difficult and we were lucky to find a room at all."

"The staff was excellent and we enjoyed a nice visit. The beds were very comfortable, the area was safe and quiet and close to restaurants. But the room was definitely in need of some updating. The showerhead was old, clogged and desperately needing to be replaced. The furniture was pretty beat up, our DVD player didn’t work and the curtains didn’t close all the way, leaving a foot wide gap in the middle. "Great staff from front desk to cleaning and breakfast room staff (friendly and helpful). The pool, spa and sauna are a nice addition. The room was a little dated but well-appointed (robes, hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, frig). I also loved the balcony that faced the river. The chowder at 5pm and hot cookies at 2pm were fantastic! The free breakfast was a nice touch too. Ill be back!"

While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. "Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."
