The loud music, guests partying in the courtyard and noise from people returning to their rooms meant we had a very poor night’s sleep. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay."
