"The staff are, as always, excellent! Friendly, efficient, considerate! They are to be commended!!!! I greatly appreciated the proximity of Room 122 and its spaciousness; however, it doesn’t have a towel rack which isn’t the norm. I used the robe hook on the bathroom door in lieu of it for face-cloths. The other minor critique is that one of the lampshades was locked in place crooked, so I was unable to move the finial to adjust the one table lamp. "Clean rooms and easy parking!"

"The location was close to the highway with lots of dining options nearby. There was plenty of parking out front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Small complaint about the TV - I couldn't just turn it on and watch the network channels. I didn't ask for help from the front desk but ... should I have to? Written directions would be helpful for less tech-minded visitors."

"The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never...

"Was good"

"A great place to stay if you are going to events of hockey at Roger’s Arena. Staff were excellent and attentive, a slight issue requiring maintenance was dealt with immediately and he left a note identifying he had come in and rectified the problem. Thanks Thor! Easy pedestrian walkway access to places to eat, shop and to the Arena, no need to walk outside if the weather is bad."

"The room was old and in need of repairs, and the airconditioner was like a prop plane engine when it turned on, it kept the room cool but still loud. I habe stayed at this hotel prior but this was the less than enjoyable stays overall. I hope the next time I stay it is better as before. As I have decided to use one of the Holiday Inns next month's stay."

"Like something out of the 1960s. Front desk staff very slow. Longest checkin I have ever experienced. No help at all getting a reservation for the restaurant - had to call myself. The property is very tired and needs a major renovation. Beds are too hard and linens threadbare. no usb ports in rooms and very hard to find a plug to use a laptop. No desk chair which should be universal these days. At least the air system was quiet."

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and even upgraded our room. If you can get a room looking in towards the atrium it's beautiful. Convenient location, clean rooms. We would stay again for sure!"
