Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location."

"Even though I can sympathize with the limited amount of traffic through Clinton AR looking for overnights, this property could be stunning with some hard work. But that would require landscaping, cleaning the place up inside and out, providing the breakfast you advertised (but did not offer), pest control for ALL the sewer flies, fix the pool or fill it in, wash the bed covers or better yet replace, clean the carpets, and deep clean everything top to bottom."

When you open the door to the cabin, you’re greeted with the wonderful smell of fresh wood, as well as one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. I had planned on taking a scenic drive while I was there, but it was so relaxing just sitting in the rocking chair on the porch - enjoying the fresh breeze, and peace and quiet. ...
