So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay there. Staff was accommodating and one staff member in particular was absolutely fantastic. We have no complaints overall. The hot water in our apartment and the adjacent apartment was not working well, however given the weather, it was actually just fine for us.
