"The hotel was actually very nice. The bed was very comfortable, stay was god, casino was cool. Everything was up to par, and the room was beautiful; however, when I got into the shower I noticed something odd at the base of the toilet. They sent up security to investigate, and they confirmed that it was a “little pest”. The security guy asked me if I had...

"Thank you for the comfortable stay. It is my top choice to stay and have booked and stayed at this hotel many times"

"The bathroom in the first room they put us in was disgusting. The shower was moldy everywhere and the toilet was dirty. We complained and were given a second room which was not much better. One of two elevators was so sketchy that I wouldn't get in it for fear of being trapped inside. Steer clear of this place. The pics look decent but in person it is not good."

"Excellent hot breakfast - not the cheap continental layout."

"Great Hotel in the heart of Downtown South Bend"

"I had a pleasant stay. No complaints. Would book again in the near future."

"Outdated, not very clean or nice, no room cleaning, pool looked gross"
