"Incredible hotel, couldn’t recommend more. The only fault I could find was the WiFi. It was a very weak connection that fell in and out of connection every single day, normally wouldn’t be a big issue but obviously you don’t have any data in that location either. Other than that, spectacular!!"

"We had a pretty good two night stay here whilst visiting friends. The hotel is central and close to all amenities, the arena and places we wanted to visit. We had a few misunderstandings with the room type but it was worked out eventually, Housekeeping here are phenomenal and the place sparkles all the time. "We have stayed at the Copthorne hotel before, whilst visiting family in Plymouth. However, unlike previous visits, there seemed to be a general lack of interest in the customer. This was most apparent at breakfast service where, on more than one occasion, food items had run out and staff had to be asked more than once to replace them. "We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming and sits right on the edge of the moor. Good road access to all areas. Bed, shower were great, meals were tasty (nice breakfast selection) and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
