"Fabulous stay - one of the top hotels we stayed in while in Indonesia. Hard to find anything negative. The rooms we large, clean and comfortable. The food was over abundant and delicious! The view from the 8th floor at night was beautiful; a place to get away from the noise and bustle of the streets. The bar, while not fully stocked had enough of a variety to keep content. "I booked the non-smoking room because I have bad allergies to cigarettes smoke. When turn on the aircon, I can smell the cigarette coming through the aircon system because it the combined aircon system. This is very irritating because the smell is very strong. When I asked to change the room, the reception said there is no other non-smoking room left! I have to stayed in this room with the smoking smell for 3 nights, so I have to turn of air-con from time to time!"
