The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.

朝ごはんは美味しいし、綺麗だし最高！ ただ、夜中にお風呂はいるとシャワーのお湯が出なくてぬるま湯だった。 夕方など早めにお風呂は入るべき。

accessibility is very good: they offer free airport pickup service, also the bus stop of transjogja is just next to the hotel. as for bad point is that the floor system is kinda confusing.

Dirty water from tap, bad staff and poor quality

First of all the hotel has not read any of our request to have a child bed. The room floor was dirty. The TV (even we were not planning to use it that much) was from the time when TV was. The bathroom was ok but there is tiny soap and shampoo which was needed to share for all three of us? Also other hygienic kit items were only for one person? The bathroom was quite clean but the water that came from the tap was brown!! They try to fix it several times and say that it is because we using hot water (I mean warm water) so they seriously trying to complain that it is our fault if we want to use hot/warm water when we bath (not they fault that they have not correct the pipes). They said that the problem is fixed in the morning. In breakfast there are several food available but the quality is poor. Rice is dry or taste old, one of my fried fish (ikan goreng) taste like mold. The hotel staff didn't able to follow people request and people took our ordered omelett and the staff didn't care about it. Once again in the morning we had only brown water to bath so we decide to cancel our booking. The staff was not friendly at all to help us in the process. The room with garden view was a view to the street with bamboo and car entrance!? The only plus for the hotel is the old javanese style and athmosphere but the hotel and it's management is closer to two star than four star. We have spend time many other hotels in Yogyakarta and Indonesia and this was one of the worst one.

Hotel was rundown and in severe need of updating. The staff is friendly, the pool large but the prices in the bar and restaurant are too high. Location just down the road from the airport and they offer free airport/train station transfer but the rooms just need to be brought into the present.

We was there from 13-16 october. Staff Reception not speak english with me (i am from swiss and i was there with friend from bali) the ladys just talk with my friend, also when i asked something they talk with him again. Not welcomedrink, not hello, not bye and thanks when we checked out. Poor poor poor for a 4star hotel. No information about breakfast, hotel or something else from the ladys on reception. Poor poor poor Hotel looks nice and clean, garden also looks very nice and clean. ROOMS: Dirty, same very LONG hair everywhere for 3days on the floor, Balcony also have hair everywhere (my friend and me have short hair) after 3days still the same hair in the room. Radio not working, just 1 kimono for 2 people. Not hairdryer. Minibar very very poor, we must pay for 3 bottles of free water. 8:00 in morning staff knocked on door and asked for laundry 9:00 in morning they knocked again and want cleaning the room. The hotel and restaurant is ok for a 4 star, but the room just -3 star and service (reception) NOT 1 STAR. SORRY. Never again we will checkin in this hotel. When we checkout i asked for the shuttleservice to the airport and the lady asked me for how many people we need the shuttle ???????????

Relaxing Getaway

Hotel very beautiful, especially the pool and grounds. The traditional architecture is very beautiful. Breakfast was first class. Only two issues, 1. parking, very bad. 2. Receptionist did not give needed info about the hotel. Overall nice stay, would return again.

Hotel was suitable for me needs as a stop gap before flying out of Bali, but it does not seem to be a popular spot for Western travellers as everyone else in the hotel were Indonesian families. The room was ok, although the shower was poor. The breakfast is ok if you only like Indonesian breakfast. The area is sparse of anything to do, and Denpasar is lacking in anything touristic to do really, so we found ourselves getting a taxi into nearby Sanur for dinner as we were struggling to find anything near to the hotel. If I was to do it all again I would have stayed in Kuta overnight as there is more to do in the evening and it is as close to the airport as Denpasar.

Overall Good Jogya hotel

What is noteworthy about this hotel is the use of Javanese architecture, rather than the usual modern architecture found everywhere on the globe. This is the main advantage of the hotel in terms of distinguishing it from other hotels in Jogya. The service is good, but that is usually the case in good hotels in Indonesia now. It reflects the culture. The only downside was the evening buffet. I made the mistake of not getting it the first night (I was in the hotel for dinner four nights). For the second night it was closed except for a group and there was no buffet for the other two nights - only enticing long tables with nothing on it! The breakfast buffet was excellent - with Indonesian, Western, Chinese, and Japanese food.

　市内からは遠いですが、空港に近いのがメリットです。市内へは無料シャトルバスもありますし、ホテル前がバス停なので、少しでもコミュニケーションが取れれば問題ないでしょう。プールの大きさは、この料金帯からすると特筆すべきもので、のんびりリゾート気分を味わえます。難点を一つだけ言えば、泊まった部屋に自由に使えるコンセントが無く、テレビを湯沸かしポットに、部屋のスタンドライトをパソコンの電源に使用しました。ここはもう少し考えて頂きたいところです。
