"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina and Spa. The check-in and check-out were very quick and smooth. The staff were very friendly and the property is clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and allows for long stays as it has a full kitchen. Though not all-inclusive, the breakfast option was worth it. There are many restaurants, both on-site and around the exterior, to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. "We arrived around 4pm and were checked in immediately. My room was very clean. Had a 1BR unit and It was surprisingly large. The mattress was very comfortable. It was a very charming unit. Had a fully equipped kitchen. Had breakfast the next morning in the restaurant and It was very good. Although we only stayed for one night, we were able to stay at the beach on check out day, with no additional charge. The reception area was extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. "Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view.
The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay.
Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."
