"Quiet. On a nice beach. Not a lot to do here especially for kids. They had a tie dye for kids with two colours and only large shirts. Not much effort put into it. Other Hiltons do more for families. But overall, the place was very nice, pool was nice and beach was fantastic. We worked with Kimberlee who really went out of her way to assist us. "

"I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations."

"My stay was frustrating due to the inconsistency in service. It seemed like certain guests were prioritized over others, and we did not receive the same level of care or attentiveness. I also wish there were more inclusive breakfast options, as there were no non-pork meat choices available. I hope the hotel can improve both its service standards and menu variety to better accommodate all guests"

"My stay at Sonesta was a bit of a mixed experience. There were several maintenance issues in the room that really shouldn’t have been overlooked. The shower head needed fixing, the AC seemed stuck at 18 degrees the entire time, and the Body Soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were broken, which was inconvenient.
The pool area was also disappointing. There’s only one pool, and it was consistently very crowded, making it hard to actually enjoy.
That said, the staff were genuinely nice and...
