"It’s a place I would go if I only want to gamble. The woman at the desk was extremely rude. There’s no room service and no information to order take out in the room anywhere. It wasn’t what I expected."

"The room was clean enough, but the condition was shabby. Worse yet, there was mold growing in the corners of the shower (I didn’t take a shower.) The electronic lock worked, but we had to kick the door to get it opened! "

"Rooms were one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Two TVs, clean bed and bathroom. It was absolutely phenomenal! Staff was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast there was one of the best just wish there was more bacon!! Plenty of parking and there is a clean pool and jacuzzi. Only things that were okay was the Air conditioner in the room was far away from the bed so it wasn’t doing much and the shower doesn’t have a lot of pressure but other then that a A+ hotel!!!!"

"The location was excellent, and the Friday welcome fest was wonderful! We had a great stay and truly enjoyed spending time with our friends during graduation weekend."

"I’m giving this hotel three stars because It’s located in the middle of town walkable to everything, now with that being said if you’re at a conference attention is on you, if you’re staying there attention on you, not so much, as we were told that there is limited food for breakfast, do to 1 of the conferences there using most of it. We stayed in a junior suite where our view was of a toilet bowl laying on the floor outside the window and the table where the help takes their break and smoke...

"I was very disappointed, the room was dusty, smells, AC was loud and there were bugs in the room. This was room 113. We chose this hotel because it looks amazing. I mentioned to front desk who told me that because we booked with third they were unable to make an adjustment to bill but was going to have a manager called . There is no call as yet "

"This a hotel for the price. It lacks a little in the maintenance department but for the most part it’s good. I’ve been staying here in a weekly basis. I do it for the price and comfort of the bed. I just wish the staff would put in a little more effort to make this place excellent. Everything is in place they just need to put in the elbow grease."

"This is my second time staying at Bluebird Spa City. The property itself is great and the staff are very helpful. Parking is very convenient - right in front of the building. I booked the Micro Queen room but was given a King room for some reason. The room was at the top of the red stairwell so it was a bit noisy. The room itself could use some refreshing - there were multiple broken items (desk lamp, roller shades) and the AC unit was making a lot of noise. The previous time I stayed I was...

"This was a convenient location to where we needed to go. Room was a great size but could use more outlets. Bathroom outlets wouldn't work with my hairdryer so I had to plug it into one in the bedroom. We will definitely stay there again."
